| Chuck’s
Grinding has been family owned and operated since Chuck Reuter began
with one Besly double
disc grinder and a loading dock in 1972. Fay, his wife, soon became
involved in the
business, as did Mike, their son. From the beginning, Mike worked
closely with his father
and over the years took on increasing levels of responsibility for the
business. Chuck
died in 1996, and since then, Mike has run the technical part of the
business. Nancy,
daughter of Chuck and Fay, works closely with Mike and Fay to keep the
administrative side
of Chuck’s Grinding running smoothly. Working closely with Mike is Jim Reuter. Jim oversees all shop work, production, and employee supervision, as well as being one of the first lines of contact with customers. Another key employee is Candy Reuter, who assists Jim in keeping the plant running smoothly. In addition, Chuck’s Grinding has a dedicated staff, several of whom have been with the company almost since the beginning. At Chuck’s Grinding, our mission is to provide a quality product at a fair price and excellent service. We are dedicated to treating our employees well and providing a positive working environment. |
